Garden & Gun is a magazine that “celebrates the modern South and features the best in Southern food, style, travel, music, art, literature and sporting culture.” The project guidelines stated to create a 30-45 second explainer video for the magazine's Manual of Southern Know-How. The brand guidelines of the magazine are not super strict and allow for creativity when creating content. Me and a partner created two separate storyboards with different styles to present to the client. After deciding the direction we would be going in, my partner was responsible for the photography, audio recording and sound effects, I was responsible for the motion design and timing.
